I found that this product when first opened can be quite lumpy as its very wet, but once used a couple of time, the clumping stopped. This product amazed me as it was the same brush for both types of application, although this can sometimes hinder the product as when trying to remove the 'Volume' end, the 'Length' end also comes loose meaning that the product get very clumpy when next used, but when care is taken this doesn't happen very often. I wear both ends all day but if you were to use the 'Day (Length)' side first it had a lovely spaced bristled brush, that really fans lashes, making them look gentle and very natural but still with plenty of colour. The 'Night (Volume)' side really does add all the volume and deepens the colour, this really accentuates the very tips of the lashes to give them a POW factor! I use both together as I get a natural fanned, but full look.. great product and am so sad mines nearly ran out!

Value

I think the value you get with this product is really good, you always get a very generous amount of product on the brush and doesn't dry out quickly with continuous use (until it runs out!). It is an 8ML tube that really does last ages no matter how much you use.

Application

Amazed at how versatile this product is! It goes on lovely with the length brush and if the application gets too clumpy or thick when applying the volume brush, you can use the volume brush to thin it out and de-clump your lashes! You get lots of product but it still looks natural, but could be worked up to give you a 'false lash effect' if desired.

Appearance

Giving you amazing full, fanned, but a thick natural looking lashes with very minimal clumping or spider lashes, this product looks fantastic and I think it is fab! It is a bit pricey for what it is, but well worth it! Will be buying soon as mines running out!

Aussie Dual Personality - Take The Heat Leave-In Spray

Aussie Dual Personality - Heat Protection for Straightening Hair ~(Take the Heat Leave-In Spray)

I did find using this product that there wasn't a lot of visible difference in the condition of my hair, but it was extremely damaged at the time I purchased it. I used this mainly as a leave in conditioner as I found that it went from dry and coarse to lovely and shiny overnight!

 Value

This product really doesn't last very long at all if used every day, especially if your hair is long. It comes in a 250ml bottle which I found good for 1 use per hair wash as a lot isn't generally needed on wet hair. But using as a heat protectant on dry hair it didn't go very far.

Application

Spritz onto wet hair for best results and comb through with fingers, leave in over night and voilĂ ! I found this was the best way to use this product as it gave me super soft hair and protection for straightening the next day. Alternatively, spritz onto dry hair before styling for added protection!

Appearance

My hair was left feeling shiny and soft after I used it over night, I did however find that my hair would 'grease-up' quicker than it normally would when not used. I would definitely use this more without heat and more as a leave-in conditioner! I would completely buy this product again though!

Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Frizz Remedy Conditioner

Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Frizz Remedy Conditioner.

£4.99 boots.com (15/03/2013)
4.5 out of 5

Quality

Infused with Aloe Vera and Australian Jojoba seed oils, the aussie conditioned is deeply nourishing and conditioning even on the driest of hair. It quickly repairs damaged hair, whilst taming the frizz and defeating the dry! A little goes a long way with this product, and leaving it for the 3 minutes (or over night for super luscious locks) gives your hair the hydration it so desperately needs in this day and age.

Value

The product comes in a 250ml squeeze bottle, so no need to faff around trying to unscrew the lid with slippery hands and water in your eyes! This bottle lasted months between 3 women of varying hair lengths and hair types, it is defiantly on the must have list for heat harmed, dye damaged and dry hair! Or hair for those people with unruly frizz!

Application

After squeezing out a 50pence piece size of product I found that this covered all my shoulder length hair perfectly, it goes on lovely and your hair instantly feels smoother and silkier! I did find, however, that when it came to washing it out, it didn't want to budge, especially on the thickest parts of hair (the crown of my head in my case), leaving your hair heavy and greasy sometimes. When washed out properly, the conditioner leaves it soft, silky and supple without any issues of greasing up quickly. I would say though, it's not great for highly coloured hairs (unnatural colours), I have purple segments and found they faded very quickly at the ends when I used the product on a regular basis, when I stopped and used it once a week though, the product didn't affect the colour at all.

Appearance

Amazing! My hair has never felt so soft considering how much styling and dying it has endured! My hair felt silky for days after using the product and was lovely to brush with no tangling happening, I wouldn't use if you are a heavy style person as the conditioner makes it difficult for other products/hair accessories to stay in place. I would definitely buy this product again and recommend it for anyone that wants to tame and rehydrate their hair!

How reviews will work!

Hello Everybody!
Welcome to my Products review blog, I first wanted to start off explaining how I will review and rate each product. I have decided to choose a set of 4 factors of the product that would make me want to (or not!) buy the product, I will be posting a picture of each product for reference, along with the site/shop I purchased it from, the price at time of posting and a rating out of 5 stars. I will give each product a good months use before blogging about it, so I feel it's been given the benefit of the doubt! So, let us begin!

1. Quality

In this section, I will explain what the product is like as a whole, what key ingredients it has and what great features it has from first use to continual use. Making it easy to understand if this is what product you would want to purchase or consider using.

2. Value

This will be about how much product there is to be used, whether it goes a long way or not, and if the price and the amount of product are good value for money.

3. Application

Name says it all really, this section I will explain how the product goes on, how it feels on, how easily it washes off if necessary, how well it last throughout the day among other bits like that too.

4. Appearance

I will explain here what the product looks like on, how it looks after 1 use and many uses after that also. This will also include any long term affects if applicable. I feel that this is probably one of the most important parts of the review, if the product doesn't look right then I feel it doesn't deserve a high rating.

I would like to finish by stating as many bloggers do, that I purchased ALL products with my own money, I am not affiliated with any of the companies, nor are they paying me to review their products!

Thanks for looking and I hope you enjoy the blogs to come!
